Old tobacco dryer restored with respect for heritage conservation. Single-storey house adjoining another gîte, equipped with reversible air conditioning. You will benefit from a fully equipped kitchen, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, 4 ceramic hobs, combined freezer, a living room with TV, internet. You will have access to 2 bedrooms: 1 bedroom with 1 140x190 bed and 1 bedroom with 2 90x190 beds as well as a bathroom with walk-in shower and separate WC. Garden furniture, plancha in front of the gîte on the covered terrace. Unfenced land of 1000 m2 open to the property.
There are 2 friendly dogs on site and you can see the sheep.
Baby equipment: baby bed, high chair, bath, changing mat, deckchair, potty. Linen and electricity, heating included. Sheets 14€/bed/change. Towels €5/person/change. End of stay cleaning €50. In the heart of the Dordogne Valley, idleness and relaxation will be waiting for you with the swimming pool, shared with another gîte for 2 people, size 6.45mx3.70m, depth 1.45m, flat bottom, secured by an electric curtain, open from May to October and unheated. You will have your feet in the water with a view of the green valley.
You will appreciate the many architectural riches of our heritage a few kilometers from Sarlat and the essential sites of Périgord Noir. You can visit the International Center for Cave Art Lascaux 4 in Montignac in the Vézère Valley, the castles of the Dordogne Valley, in the LOT Rocamadour and the Padirac chasm or prefer outdoor activities with numerous hiking, horse riding, mountain biking or canoeing (hiking departures from the gîte and river 1 km away). Available: 4 adult bikes (mountain bike or city bike).
