Upstairs, under the mezzanine: living room with TV, wifi (2-seater sofa bed). Children's play area. 1 bedroom with 2 twin beds of 80X200 cm, with private bathroom, 1 bedroom with 1 bed of 160X200 cm with private bathroom. 1 separate WC.

Beautiful terrace with garden furniture, parasol, barbecue, deckchairs. Private closed parking. Access to the garden (small animals of the owners on site: chickens, rabbits, sheep and goats). Many outdoor games: badminton, darts, molki. Loan of adult and children's bicycles.

Things to see and do: the Ouche Valley, the Burgundy Canal, beautiful bike rides on the greenway, the medieval village of Châteauneuf-en-Auxois, the MuséoParc Alésia. 15 km from the Dijon-Prenois racing circuit. 20 minutes from Dijon, Capital of the Dukes of Burgundy and City of Gastronomy, and 40 km from Beaune, Capital of Burgundy Wines, with its Hospices, listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
