Ocean 15 minutes away, in the heart of the village and enhanced by the Landes forest, this spacious gîte combines an old setting and a contemporary lifestyle. Kitchen open to living room and lounge, 5 bedrooms including 4 upstairs (2 160 beds/6 90 beds), 2 shower rooms + bath, separate WC. Equipment: Washing Machine + Dryer, Dishwasher, 2 televisions, microwave, freezer, fireplace. Electric heating wood stove. Sunny terrace of 60m² including 30m² covered. Garden furniture and barbecue, plancha. 400m² land with games for children and ping-pong table. Electricity consumption is billed in addition to actual consumption according to meter reading, beyond the flat rate of 8kwh/day. Located in the village.

The price includes: 8 KWh of electricity per day, 500 liters of water per day and 1/2 bottle of gas per week for the kitchen (if the accommodation is equipped with gas fires). The excess consumption will be collected by the owner at the end of your stay.
