Old renovated house located on a property including the owner's accommodation and another gite, 300 m from the village, for 2 people. Common access to the accommodation with private parking. Ground floor: kitchen, 1 bedroom (1 160 cm bed and TV), a bathroom with towel dryer/WC. You can enjoy a private terrace (garden furniture) and a 2000m² garden shared with the owners and other tenants (swing, trampoline, bowling alley, deckchairs). Clemenceau Beach is located 1.3 km away. In summer, the shops in the center are open (supermarket, bakery, butcher, etc.) and located 250m from the house (opening in the morning from November to March). The forest and hiking trails are less than 2 km away. Heating, sheets and towels included.
