Description of the accommodation

An independent house of 120 m2 in a small hamlet in Périgord Noir. A comfortable and modern interior where you will have a beautiful living room of 60 m2. A living/dining/kitchen area on the raised ground floor of this house. A kitchen equipped with an oven, a microwave, 3 induction burners, a combined freezer, a dishwasher. Through the corridor, you will have access to the bathroom with a walk-in shower, WC and 3 bedrooms, 2 of which are equipped with a 160x200 bed and the 3rd with a 90x190 bed then a 90x190 bunk bed. Independent WC. This character house is located on an open plot of 2000 m2 in the middle of a hamlet of a few houses. Enjoy the green view from the balcony terrace. Cleaning at end of stay 70€. Towels €8 per person. Put down your suitcases and come and enjoy the emblematic tourist sites of Périgord Noir less than 30 minutes away. Discover Sarlat, the medieval city, the caves and prehistoric sites of the Vézère Valley (International Center for Cave Art Lascaux 4...), the "most beautiful villages in France" (La Roque Gageac, Beynac and its castle), the Dordogne Valley...
