We welcome you to Saint Vincent de Paul for a comfortable stay with family or two, just 35 minutes from the beaches and 5 km from the town center of Dax, the first spa resort in France. This rental is ideal for enjoying the peace and quiet during your treatment, for which we offer suitable rates. You will be seduced by the decoration of this renovated old farm building. Housed in an old building and recently renovated, this gîte adjoining a year-round accommodation will appeal to you with its modern decoration combined with the charm of wood and stone. It is composed on the ground floor of a living room with dining area, lounge area with flat screen TV and WIFI, equipped kitchen area (4 gas cooking rings, dishwasher, oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment), a bedroom (1 double bed), a bathroom (Italian shower), a separate toilet. Upstairs, a small attic bedroom (1 140cm bed), a relaxation area with BZ sofa (possibility of an extra bed for one person) on the landing served by a passageway. Outside, a parking space is reserved for you and a private terrace with garden furniture, barbecue, parasol and sun loungers opens onto a private enclosed garden of approximately 350m². For your comfort, everything is included: charges are included in the price (cleaning, water, electricity, gas, heating out of season) sheets, bathroom and household linen are provided.
