Description of the accommodation

The gîte is located in an agricultural building with an arborist (of which Thierry represents the 3rd generation), it has independent access, parking and private land. Large living room of 45 m² with a living room including lounge, open kitchen, two bedrooms, a separate toilet and a bathroom. All openings face west, towards the setting sun, not overlooked. Electric heating included in the rental. The gîte has been open since the beginning of May 2023, so the surroundings are being finished this year, particularly the plants which will not all have had time to grow!!! (For companies, the deposit is €800). You will love living in the countryside, overlooking greenhouses and orchards, with a superb view of the surrounding countryside, the village town and the Pilat Natural Park. Ideal environment for mountain biking, walks, hiking. Shops in the village easily accessible on foot, and the village of St-Romain is 10 km from the Lyon/St-Etienne motorway, therefore ideally located, whether you are staying for vacation or for professional reasons. In 2023, the year of opening, your outdoor space is made up of common land with the other gîte, with a table, sun loungers, parasol and barbecue for each tenant. You also have access to a large meadow to take full advantage of the south-facing orientation, with maximum sunshine. The St-Martin la Plaine zoo is 3 km from the house. .
