Gîte of 92 m² (ground floor + upper floor). Living room with kitchen area and lounge, accessible bedroom and bathroom with toilet, 2 bedrooms and 1 mezzanine upstairs (extra bed 1 single bed). Private terrace 20 m² + private land 200 m². Additional room of 25 m² common to the 2 gîtes with board games, ping-pong table, washing machine... Cleaning during the stay: 30 euros. 1 hour from St-Etienne, Lyon and Clermont-Ferrand. Possibility of renting another adjoining rural gîte with completely independent and private access for 4 people nearby (n°3057).
