The Champ Coutellard gîte offers you modern comfort between town and countryside. The owners, who live right next door, will be happy to give you all the information for your visits, if you wish.
With its independent entrance, this gîte is on one level. You have a living room with equipped kitchen, opening onto the covered terrace. You can enjoy 2 bedrooms each with 1 160 x 190 cm bed for 2 people, a bathroom with shower and a separate toilet. The living room is equipped with reversible air conditioning. You can enjoy the large enclosed green space of around 1000 m². The terrace offers a view of the meadow where the owners' few poultry roam. You will have a charcoal barbecue to enjoy the beautiful summer evenings.
Possibility of welcoming horses in the meadow with shelter. Saint-Pourçain-Sur-sioule and its vineyard are 15 km away and offer numerous visits and activities. 35 km away, the Montagne Bourbonnaise, with its highest point at 1160 meters, has numerous hiking trails for enthusiasts. Vichy, listed as a UNESCO world heritage site and spa resort 10 km away.
Special rate for spa guests €1200 for 3 weeks. The advantages of the cottage: Sheets included and beds made on arrival, linen included. (if changing bed linen during the stay: €15/bed) Heating and electricity payable by the customer, to be paid on site at the end of the stay.
