Private terrace in front of the gîte and private area with a view of the surrounding countryside on the property. Covered shelter for bicycles (lockable). 11x5 m covered and heated swimming pool (26°) to share with the owners. Close to all shops, renowned gourmet restaurants nearby. Non-smoking gîte. You will also be close to Chenonceau and other fabulous castles of the Loire (Chaumont-s/-Loire, Villandry, Blois...) as well as the Beauval Zooparc.
