Gîte of 85 m², living room with wood stove, fitted kitchen, lounge with a beautiful view of the countryside, 2 bedrooms. Private land with terrace. Central heating to be adjusted additionally. Personalized cottage, tastefully furnished where wood and stone are favored. At the foot of the slopes of the Pilat Nordic area and the permanent routes of the POLE TRAIL of ST REGIS DU COIN. The cottage is ideal for outdoor activities: hiking, trail running, snowshoeing, cani-hiking, etc.
Each season will bring you its share of surprises: winter and the joys of snow, spring and its beds of daffodils, summer wild raspberries and blueberries, and autumn its mushrooms.
