This old farm located in the Allier valley has been renovated with taste and the desire to welcome guests in a haven of peace. The place is ideal for nature lovers (500 m² of private land) who seek tranquility and rest. The unobstructed view allows you to enjoy the landscape in summer and winter and to see your close neighbors in the distance: deer, does, roe deer and local fauna.

Nearby: Saugues 12 km (shops and services, weekly market, organic lake with supervised swimming, Beast of Gévaudan museum, Tour des Anglais, starred restaurant 5 km), white water sports on the Allier 10 minutes away. The entrance is directly through the living room, consisting of a dining area where a large table awaits you, perfect for sharing your meals near the wood stove, a lounge area with a TV, a vinyl player and its records and some board games to occupy your evenings. You will find the kitchen area, fully equipped (dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, etc.) opening onto the terrace adjoining the gîte with garden furniture and brazier. A bathroom with WC and washing machine on the ground floor are at your disposal.

Upstairs, there are 3 spacious bedrooms (one with a 140x190 bed and two with 2 twin 90 cm beds), a bathroom with a magnificent hip bathtub as well as a second independent toilet.
