In Berry, in the heart of the Creuse and painters' Valley, 5 minutes from Lake Eguzon, 15 minutes from Gargilesse-Dampierre (one of the most beautiful villages in France), a few steps from the Rocher de la Fileuse and view of the ruins of Crozant...

The plus points: beach accessible on foot 2 km away, canoe rental and speedboat rides 2 minutes away... Little train ride leaving from Crozant; this will make you discover the sites of the Pont Charraud, the ruins, the spinners’ rock. Old barn renovated on one level with large terrace overlooking the garden.

On the ground floor; a large living room (living room with sofa bed for possibly 2 people, wood stove, 2 bedrooms (2 160 cm beds and 1 140 cm bed) - 1 bathroom and 1 toilet.

Upstairs, a large living room with library and relaxation area as well as 2 bedrooms: 160 cm and 80 cmx2 bed with TV, private bathroom and toilet.
