Halfway between Rouen and Jumièges, this old outbuilding located as an extension of the owners' house (laundry room between the 2 accommodations, no direct adjoining) has a terrace and an enclosed garden of 1200m². This carefully decorated cottage is open to nature.
Direct access from the garden to a hiking path (chemin du Roy) which leads to the banks of the Seine 400m away.
