When we took over this Périgord family home in the 2000s, it was only inhabited by a family of birds that had made their nest in the mailbox. Two children later, the down-to-earth artist and dreamy scientist that we are now share our lives between two regions. We are happy to welcome you in this house, lovingly renovated by combining contemporary and old to keep the soul of the place while giving it a new life to which our hosts contribute.

Description of the accommodation

1 km from St Pierre de Chignac (butcher, bakery) and 17 km from Périgueux (all shops), independent house of 190 m2. On the ground floor, you will find the fully equipped kitchen, the living room with WiFi internet connection and insert fireplace. You will have access via the corridor to a 1st bedroom with 1 160x200 bed, a bathroom with shower and WC. A 2nd bedroom with a 160x200 bed and 1 90x190 bed, a bathroom with shower and WC. On the 1st floor, accessible by a staircase, you will have access to a 3rd bedroom with 2 beds of 80x190, a 4th very spacious bedroom with 1 bed of 160x200 and a last small bedroom with 2 bunk beds of 90 (possibility of a 3rd bed extra of 90). The first floor has a bathroom with bathtub and separate toilet. Enclosed land of approximately 500 m2 with parking. 2 terraces. Barbecue. Garden Lounge. Sun bathing. Swing. Games for children.
