We commissioned an architect to renovate this family property respecting the original buildings and with all modern comforts. We will have the pleasure of welcoming you there for a holiday in the countryside.

Description of the accommodation

You will appreciate this very large restored house with a bright living room consisting of a living room, a fully equipped kitchen and a dining room. On the ground floor, you will enjoy a bedroom with 1 140x190 bed and a desk, a bedroom with 4 90x190 beds including 1 bunk bed and a bathroom with bathtub and walk-in shower . Separate WC with hand basin. Upstairs, you will have a bedroom with 1 160x200 bed, a bedroom with 2 90x190 beds and a bathroom with walk-in shower, vanity unit, WC, towel dryer.
Baby equipment: 1 travel cot and 1 high chair. Beautiful property of 2000m² in the heart of Périgord Vert, with a clear view of the countryside. The main sites are 10 minutes away: Ribérac with its farmers' market (Foie gras, truffles...), Aubeterre sur Dronne, one of the "most beautiful villages in France" (12th century monolithic church with sarcophagi), the base of "Poltrot" leisure activities (tree climbing, horse riding, canoeing, fishing, swimming, etc.). 30 minutes away: Brantôme (Venise Verte du Périgord), the caves of Villars, Périgueux. One hour away: Bergerac, St-Emilion, Cognac, Angoulême. Less than 2 hours away: Sarlat, Bordeaux, the ocean (Royan, Ile d'Oléron).
