Description of the accommodation

3 km from St Séverin (Shops) and 15 km from Ribérac, independent house of 120 m2 in a hamlet. Ground floor: Living room, kitchen area and lounge area. 1 bedroom: 1 140 cm bed. Bathroom with walk-in shower. Separate WC. Laundry room. Garage with storeroom. Floor: Reading room on mezzanine. 1 bedroom with balcony: 1 140 cm bed and 1 90 cm bed. Bathroom with WC. Oil central heating. Enclosed courtyard of 600 m² with parking. 5000 m² orchard with fruit available depending on the season. Terrace with garden furniture, barbecue, plancha, sun loungers. You can enjoy a 28m2 games room. No linen or bathroom linen rental. Cleaning at end of stay 50€. Sheets €10 pers/change. Heating €10/per day. This old restored farm, with an unobstructed view of the meadows, in a small hamlet of 6 households, is the ideal starting point for numerous hiking and cycling tours. The main sites are 10 minutes away: Ribérac with its producers' market (foie gras, truffles, etc.), Aubeterre sur Dronne, one of the most beautiful villages in France (12th century monolithic church with sarcophagi), the leisure center of " Poltrot" (tree climbing, horse riding, canoeing, fishing, swimming, etc.). 30 minutes from Brantôme (Venise Verte du Périgord), the caves of Villars, Périgueux. One hour away: Bergerac, St-Emilion, Cognac, Angoulème. Less than 2 hours away: Sarlat, Bordeaux, the ocean (Royan, Ile d'Oléron).
