The gîte has the Tourism and Handicap label (swimming pool not suitable for people with reduced mobility). Ground floor: living room/lounge/equipped kitchen (fireplace/stove with billing for wood according to quantity consumed: €70/stère), 1st bedroom (140 cm bed), bathroom/wc. Floor: 2nd bedroom (2 single beds), 3rd bedroom (160 bed), bathroom, toilet. WIRELESS. Electric heating (additional according to meter). Private enclosed garden of 500 m² (part of which is enclosed by hedges), bicycle shelter. Play area with swing and slide (wooden swing) shared with the second gîte. POOL OPENING: 02/05 to 30/09 (depending on the weather). Non-smoking gîte. On the borders of Touraine and Sarthe, everything here is designed to transform your stay into a pure vacation. You will succumb to the joys of the heated swimming pool to share with a second gite.
