My husband and I are retired and appreciate the moments of exchange with our hosts, many of whom are regulars because our gîte has been in operation for many years.

Living room with kitchen area and lounge area with a cozy unit (2 single pull-out beds). 1 bedroom: 1 90cm bed and 1 140cm bed. 1 bedroom: 1 140cm bed. Bathroom. Separate WC. Gas central heating. Unfenced land of 1000 m2. Covered hall with garden furniture, sun loungers and barbecue. Garage. Swing. Linen and electricity included. Towels €10/person/change. Sheets €20/bed/change. End of stay cleaning €30. Heating €70/week. Near this accommodation, you have many sites to visit: Bastides of Belvès and Monpazier, Château de Biron, Abbey of St Avit Sénieur, Cloister of Cadouin, Maison de la Noix in Molières. The Dordogne Valley is 6 km away with the castles of Milandes, Beynac, Castelnaud... 20 minutes away, Le Bugue (Aquarium du Périgord Noir and Village du Bournat). 35 km from Sarlat, a medieval town with an exceptional heritage and 40 km from Bergerac. Close to the GR36 and the short hiking trails of Belvésois. 4 cats roam freely on the property; their presence prevents the proliferation of field mice but they have been tamed by customers and are very present.
