Optimized for space, this 40 m² villa features a ground-floor living room with fully-equipped open kitchen (hob, hood, oven, fridge with freezer, drawers, microwave, filter coffee maker, kettle, toaster) opening onto terrace and small garden, and separate toilet. The staircase takes you to the first floor (rope for handrail) where you'll find a mezzanine area with cupboard and 90 cmx2 bunk beds, a bedroom with 160 cm bed and large wall-to-wall cupboards, a shower room with large Italian shower, washbasin, cupboard for personal belongings and washing machine.
Outside parking space no. 78 - Large garden with 24 m² TERRACE - garden access via wicket gate without passing through the villa: very practical for returning from the beach or water sports.
FIBER INTERNET - Flat-screen TV - Garden furniture - Electric awning - Sun loungers - Bicycles available in the garden shed for pleasant rides on cycle paths and into the town center.
