The kitchen is equipped with oven, induction hob, extractor fan, fridge with freezer, washing machine and small appliances: Nespresso capsule coffee maker, kettle and toaster. The sofa bed (140 cm) can be used as a bed in the living room. The 8 m² bedroom also faces south-west, with the window opening onto the terrace. It is equipped with a 140 cm bed and a cupboard for your personal belongings. The bathroom features a comfortable Italian shower, vanity unit and wall-hung toilet.
Terrace furniture is provided: outdoor table and chairs, deckchairs. The terrace can be shaded thanks to its manual awning, and the outdoor water tap allows you to refresh or de-sand when returning from the beach.
