The sofa bed (140 cm) can be used as a bed in the living room. The 8 m² bedroom is also southwest facing, with the window opening onto the terrace. It is equipped with a 140 cm bed and a closet to store your personal effects. The bathroom offers a comfortable Italian shower, a washbasin and a suspended toilet.
The terrace furniture is provided: outdoor table and chairs, deck chairs. The terrace can be shaded thanks to its manual awning and the outside water tap allows you to refresh or de-sand when returning from the beach.
No need to worry about parking as this apartment has a 15 m² (5.59 m x 2.79 m) basement garage! Everything is gathered for a moment of relaxation.
