Located in a very central residence of Saint-Palais-sur-Mer, on the 2nd floor without elevator, it can accommodate 5 people and offers : a large entrance hall with cupboards of 13 m² serving 2 bedrooms with cupboards of 10 m² each (bed 140 and 2 beds 90), a nice shower room with single basin and Italian shower, a large living room with living room side (1 possible sleeping in the sofa bed rapido in 140)- flat screen TV and dining room side opening onto the terrace facing west, a fitted and equipped kitchen (refrigerator with part freezer, hotplates, oven, hood, microwave, nespresso coffee maker, kettle), independent toilets with washbasin. The terrace of 12 m² can be shaded thanks to its awning and will allow you to have breakfast, aperitifs or meals outside with a view on the animated center of Saint-Palais and a view on the pines.
Solarium to hang out your laundry when you come back from the beach - electric plancha on the terrace and deckchair to relax.
No private parking - Large free public parking at the foot of the building. Come and enjoy the charms of this famous resort!
