Located in a hyper-central Saint-Palais-sur-Mer residence, on the 2nd floor without elevator, it can accommodate 5 people and offers : a large 13 m² entrance hall with cupboards leading to 2 bedrooms with cupboards, each measuring 10 m² (bed 140 and 2 beds 90), an attractive shower room with single basin and Italian shower, a large living room with a flat-screen TV on the lounge side (1 bed possible in the rapido convertible sofa in 140) and a dining room side opening onto the west-facing terrace, a fully-equipped kitchen (fridge with freezer, hob, oven, extractor fan, microwave, Nespresso coffee maker, kettle), separate toilet with washbasin. The 12 m² terrace can be shaded by an awning, allowing you to enjoy breakfast, aperitifs or meals outside, overlooking the lively center of Saint-Palais and the pine trees.
Solarium for hanging out your washing when you return from the beach - electric plancha on the terrace and deckchairs for relaxing.
