Come and stay in this beautiful house with basement, located 300 meters from Thar Beach, in a quiet residential area, with living on one level.
The house consists on the ground floor of a beautiful and large living room with lounge/dining room, a separate fully fitted and equipped kitchen with utility room/laundry room, a master bedroom with bathroom (bath + shower cabin), separate toilet.
The first floor is made up of a first bedroom with a double bed, a second bedroom with 2 single beds, a "games" room with convertible sofa, lounge/reading area, a second bathroom and separate toilet.
Outside you can enjoy a large landscaped garden area, as well as a terrace with garden furniture, from where you can observe the sea in the distance on summer evenings.
