The cottage is located in the countryside with a large private enclosed garden, just 15 minutes from Laval. You will appreciate the large living room with a fully equipped kitchen, a lounge area with TV, wifi. 4 bedrooms including 3 with 1 double bed 140*190 each and 1 bedroom with 1 bed 90*190. Bathroom with Italian shower. Separate WC.
You can have lunch under the shade of the cherry tree and admire the countryside.
Possibility of storing car or motorbike under a lean-to and bicycles in the cabin.

The location is ideal for visiting the northern and central part of Mayenne, or even taking a trip to Brittany: 25 minutes from Vitré or 1h20 from Mont Saint Michel.

In Mayenne, don't miss the town of Laval, its castle, its museums, its park, its markets and of course the Christmas Lights in December/January. Stroll through small towns of character like Chailland (15 min), Saint Pierre sur Erve, Parné sur Roc or the famous Sainte Suzanne. History lovers, Mayenne is a territory of Chouanerie, the Jean Chouan museum is 1.5km from the gîte.

Shops are in the center of St Ouen des Toits 2.5km away (full grocery store and bakery, restaurants) or in Bourgneuf la Forêt (4km).
