Gîte in a renovated old house, located in a hamlet on a farm (Charolais breeding), adjoining a rental property, close to the owner's accommodation. On the ground floor: living room/lounge/kitchen, 2 bedrooms (1 double bed) (2 single beds), dressing room, shower room, WC, storage room. Access to the bedrooms and bathrooms via 2 interior steps. Wireless. Private landscaped land of 100 m², terrace (garden table, barbecue), portico. Puy du Fou tickets can be reserved on request. Bank of the Sèvre and mill 3 km away. Optional: End of stay cleaning: €55/stay; Sheet rental for 1 or 2 people. : 10€/stay; Bathroom linen rental: €8/person/stay.
