Our town, which is very popular with nature lovers, has renovated two accommodations which will serve as a starting point before your hikes and tourist visits in the Auvézère Valley.

Description of the accommodation

Communal gite located in the village behind the Town Hall. Recently renovated house of 66 m² with a terrace of 16 m² with garden furniture, awning, barbecue and enclosed land of approximately 100m2 (grass, trees and courtyard) with gate and fence 1.20 m high. Living room with a fully equipped kitchen area (oven, microwave, fridge-freezer combination, dishwasher, 3-burner induction hob), a dining table and a lounge area with corner sofa, armchair and television. 1 Shower room. 1 WC. 2 bedrooms each with 3 90 cm beds. Also available is a washing machine (access from outside in a shed). Access to 4 G thanks to a pillar on the village square.
Linens provided. Heating package of 10€/day. End of stay cleaning €100.
Baby bed and high chair on request. Located in the heart of the Auvézère gorges, one of the wildest regions of Périgord with particular flora and fauna (diving diver, mouflon, orchid and wild columbine, etc.), come and enjoy the calm of the countryside in the open air. heart of the village of Saint-Mesmin. Nature awaits you: hiking, mountain biking or horseback riding on the trails, canoe-kayak descent on the Auvézère, fishing, climbing.... just as much as History: Forges de Savignac 5km away, numerous castles and medieval bastides, prehistoric sites of the Vallée de l'Homme, theme parks, bodies of water.... pétanque court available in the village.
