Our town, which is very popular with nature lovers, has renovated two accommodations which will serve as a starting point before your hikes and tourist visits in the Auvézère Valley.

Description of the accommodation

Communal gite located on the village square on the first floor of a building with access via a secure exterior staircase at the top. Large apartment of 57 m² with a private covered terrace of 16 m² with garden furniture and electric barbecue. Living room with a fully equipped kitchen area (oven, microwave, fridge-freezer combination, dishwasher, 3-burner induction hob), a dining table and a lounge area with corner sofa, armchair and television . 1 Shower room. 1 WC. A bedroom with 1 140 cm bed. A bedroom with 3 90 cm beds including 1 bunk bed. Also available is a washing machine (in the cellar of the building). Private parking space available in front of the gîte.
Linens provided. bathroom linen not provided. Heating package of 10€/day. End of stay cleaning €100.

Located in the heart of the Auvézère gorges, one of the wildest regions of Périgord with particular flora and fauna (diving diver, mouflon, orchid and wild columbine....), come and enjoy the calm of the countryside in the open air. heart of the village of Saint-Mesmin. Nature awaits you: hiking, mountain biking or horseback riding on the trails, canoeing on the Auvézère, fishing, climbing.... just as much as History: Forges de Savignac 5 km away, numerous medieval castles and bastides, prehistoric sites of the Vallée de l'Homme, theme parks, bodies of water.... pétanque court available in the village.
