To be shared with the 4 other gîtes: laundry room, grounds, garden, unsupervised fenced swimming pool with slide, diving board (open from June 1 to September 30), sandpit, small climbing wall, games room with table football, billiards, table tennis and pinball machine, relaxation room with fireplace. WIFI in the relaxation room.
Possibility of regular cleaning during the stay. Baby equipment (on request): cot, high chair, bath.
Free access to the village tennis court. Water skiing at 800 m. In summer, on-site entertainment (theme evenings, canoeing...). Quad rides (with supplement). Gite on the ground floor in a group of 5 gites on a vineyard in the Pays du Cognac, with swimming pool and leisure facilities.

Sylvain's gîtes were created by his parents in 1973, and were among the first Gîtes de France accommodation in the department. Sylvain has taken up the torch and welcomes you to his 22 ha property in Grande Champagne, the premier cru of cognac. He cultivates the vines there using the traditional method and produces Cognac, Pineau and Vins de Pays Charentais. He will make you discover this magnificent region but also its cellar and its distillery.
