This large, tastefully decorated 1-bedroom apartment, located on the seafront, in the heart of the Orient Bay Park, close to shops and the beach, has all the comforts: air conditioning, internet, washing machine, equipped and furnished kitchen, shared swimming pool (open all year), private parking....

It is composed of a separate bedroom (queen size bed) with its bathroom
a modern kitchen open to the pleasant and bright living space
a large terrace on which you can enjoy an aperitif and friendly meals.

When you arrive, little welcome touches await you.

Other remarks
You arrive on a small island where the infrastructure is different and smaller than on a continent. Water and electricity distribution networks can sometimes experience malfunctions. Distribution companies always do their best to restore (potential) outages quickly.
