This charming villa is ideally located in the heart of the Orient Bay park, just a few steps from the shops and the magnificent Orient Bay beach. It offers a pleasant configuration with an American kitchen open to a beautiful living space, a terrace with a large table and a barbecue, as well as a garden with deckchairs to relax.

Upstairs you will find two comfortable bedrooms, one with a king size bed (200x200) and the other with two twin beds (90x190), each with its own private shower room. The villa is fully equipped with a washing machine, a dishwasher, a high speed fiber optic internet connection, and has air conditioning for your comfort. In addition, a water tank is available in the event of a cut from the general water distribution company, ensuring a more continuous supply.

You also have access to the non-nominative car park of the residence to park your rental vehicle.
