This spacious 40m² studio located in the Mont Vernon residence on the seafront offers you all the comfort you need for a pleasant vacation.
Ideally located opposite the Orient Bay beach and only 5 minutes from shops, you will be able to fully enjoy your vacation.

The studio includes an entrance with a fully equipped kitchen, including a fridge/freezer, an oven, a microwave, a 4-burner induction hob, a coffee maker, a toaster and a dishwasher. You will also find a bathroom with a walk-in shower, a toilet and a washing machine.

The sleeping area is equipped with a comfortable king size bed (180x200) and a dressing room. The living room has a real sofa bed to accommodate 2 additional people; it offers a pleasant view of the sea and you can enjoy the residence's huge shared swimming pool (open all year round from 8 [hidden] to 6 [hidden]

You will have a connected television and optical fiber.

The private covered terrace will allow you to enjoy your meals while listening to the sound of the waves.

Also enjoy the non-nominative parking lot at the residence to park your rental car in complete safety.

Cleaning and linen are included in the stay.
Additional cleanings on demand can be scheduled at an additional cost as well as baby cot rental
