6 km from the beaches, and 8 from the Bayonnaise area, this old renovated barn, attached to our pretty Basque-Landes house of more than 300 years old, gives it an additional character since we made it a gîte. We designed this gîte like our own home, we tried to put a lot of taste into it and we thought of it as if it were we who had to live there. The exteriors offer you a sunny terrace and shady corners for moments of rest.
Adjoining the owner on the ground floor and first floor, living room with kitchen area and lounge, bathroom, 2 bedrooms (1 double bed, 2 single beds), washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, TV, Wi-Fi -Fi, garden furniture, barbecue, terrace, open land, electric heating. Land 5000 m² with private area, hammock, stream. Upstairs: 2 bedrooms + bathroom + separate toilet. Separate WC on the ground floor. Shaded private parking. Beyond an animal, consult us. The price includes: 8 KWh of electricity per day, 500 liters of water per day and 1/2 bottle of gas per week for the kitchen (if the accommodation is equipped with gas fires). The excess consumption will be collected by the owner at the end of your stay.
