We welcome you, as a family, to this pleasant, bright and spacious holiday home in the South of Landes, a stone's throw from the beaches, varied landscapes and the Basque Country. From here in less than 10 minutes, you reach the beaches of Ondres and the historic center of Bayonne. This cottage has been designed to offer you a warm and modern atmosphere. You will particularly appreciate the games room and the complete baby equipment that we put at your disposal as well as the private terrace sheltered from prying eyes. A nice address in the heart of an area offering many summer activities... This gîte (adjoining a second gîte and the owners') is located on the ground floor. It is composed of a large living room with living room (flat screen TV, WIFI), dining area and equipped kitchen (dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, 4-burner stove, microwave, electric oven), a children's playroom, 2 bedrooms (2 140 cm beds), a bathroom (Italian shower, washing machine), a separate toilet, electric air conditioning. A private outdoor terrace, closed by a stretching curtain, promotes your privacy and welcomes you with garden furniture, parasol, sun loungers and plancha. Parking is on the property secured by a gate. charges: air conditioning €10 per day to be paid on site

The price includes: 500 liters of water per day and 1/2 bottle of gas per week for the kitchen (if the accommodation is equipped with gas fires). The excess consumption will be collected by the owner at the end of your stay.
