In this southern area of the Landes, you will benefit from a diversity of original landscapes less than 6 minutes from the beaches of Ondres and 10 minutes from Bayonne and the Basque Country. We wanted to furnish our gîte in the best possible way and make it functional for a successful holiday. This gîte adjoining the owner offers kitchen area opening onto living room with sofa bed (2 places), 1 bedroom (1 bed 140), bathroom. Washing machine, microwave, flat screen TV. Garden furniture, electric barbecue. Electric air conditioning. Car parking, courtyard with private area 400 m², only shared entrance with owners at electric gate level. charges: air conditioning €10 per day to be paid on site

The price includes: 500 liters of water per day and 1/2 bottle of gas per week for the kitchen (if the accommodation is equipped with gas fires). The excess consumption will be collected by the owner at the end of your stay.
The price does not include: Heating / air conditioning package
