This vast house offers you peace and comfort, at the gates of the Basque Country and only 12km from the first beaches. The privileged location of this house allows you to go for walks, visit the many surrounding attractions, and indulge in your favorite sports. Here the exterior also offers you a breathtaking view of the Adour, and a fully enclosed private garden of 2500 m². If you like fishing, all equipment is provided. And what you will also appreciate is the space and comfort of this vast vacation rental! A recent cycle path connects Bayonne and Urt. You can take it on foot or by bike, from the gîte, in complete safety! The price includes: 8 KWh of electricity per day, 500 liters of water per day and 1/2 bottle of gas per week for the kitchen (if the accommodation is equipped with gas fires). The excess consumption will be collected by the owner at the end of your stay.
