Description of the accommodation

This recent, fully air-conditioned house is located in a quiet hamlet, in a cul-de-sac. It is a semi-detached house for annual rental with a private garden of 800 m2. On the ground floor, you will enjoy a kitchen open to the living room with TV and internet. A bathroom with walk-in shower and separate WC. (A step between the living room and the bathroom and WC). Laundry area adjoining the kitchen with washing machine. You will have a bedroom with 1 140x190 bed with large dressing room opening onto the terrace and an open bedroom on the mezzanine with 2 adjustable 90x190 beds.
