After spending all her childhood in Saint Martial de Nabirat, Nathalie wanted to build this cozy little nest to welcome you to the Périgord Noir.

Description of the accommodation

Pretty recent single storey and comfortable house 500 meters from the village of Saint Martial de Nabirat in the Périgord Noir. You will benefit from a kitchen equipped with a combined freezer, an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, 3 ceramic hobs, open to the living room (TV and wifi) and the dining room. Reversible air conditioning throughout the house. You will have a bedroom with 1 140x190 bed, a 2nd bedroom with 2 90x190 beds as well as a bathroom with shower and separate WC. You will have at your disposal a shelter to store your bikes with a padlock. From the large bay windows of the living room, you will access the wooden terrace facing south, not overlooked, to rest after your day's visits. Baby equipment: travel cot, high chair, changing mat. Electricity and heating included. Sheets €15/bed/change. Bathroom linen €8/person/change. Cleaning at the end of your stay €50. Let yourself be tempted by the gastronomic markets of Sarlat, a medieval city with an exceptional heritage, every Wednesday and Saturday morning. Numerous hiking, mountain biking and equestrian trails cross the village, including the Tour du Périgord Sud Dordogne stage circuit and 6 km away the Lot VTT circuit of 400 km for amateurs. You can enjoy the river 15 minutes by car from the beaches with boat trips, paddle, canoe... The house is at the gates of Quercy with 14 of the most beautiful villages in France within a radius of 10 minutes to 1 hour by car. car: Domme, La Roque Gageac, Monpazier, Beynac, Saint Cirq Lapopie, Rocamadour...
