At St Mars sur la Futaie, go around the church, take the path for 2 km towards the Manoir de la Futaie. Path to the right, then to the left just after the entrance to the manor. Enter the courtyard of the manor farm, open the gate leading to the private road to the mill.

Description of the accommodation

Le Moulin de la futaie offers a stone house with rustic charm: a large 28m² living room with open fireplace, a fitted kitchen area. 3 bedrooms including 1 on the ground floor with private bathroom. TV on mezzanine.
You will appreciate the river and its waterfall along the Mill and along the garden. The large furnished west-facing terrace will allow you to fully enjoy the evenings, built-in charcoal barbecue, garden furniture.
The Futaie river is classified category 1, pike, trout, gougeon, chub, ... federal fishing license required. To complement river fishing, possibility of accessing the 15,000m² private pond 20 meters away (without map).
It is an ideal setting to break away from the tumultuous life and enjoy the song of the birds, to observe the squirrels, the deer, ... Around the property a 2 ha wood.

For non-fishermen, you have beautiful walks to take on foot. Don't miss visiting Pontmain, a town of pilgrimage, linked to the apparition of the Virgin Mary, its magnificent cathedral, 5km away. The castle of Fougères and the medieval town 14 km away. And why not, a getaway to Mont Saint Michel, 1 hour away (55 km).
