In the heart of the Brière Regional Park, 400 m from shops and restaurants, 9 km from Guérande, 15 km from La Baule and 20 km from St Nazaire (construction of the sea giants), pretty gîte adjoining another gîte for 4 people.
Private, enclosed garden of 100 m², not overlooked.
Ground floor: living room/living room with open fitted kitchen (Senseo coffee maker), small veranda and separate WC.
First floor (slightly steep but secure staircase): 2 bedrooms (1: 160x200 bed, 2: 1 140x190 bed + 90x190 sofa bed) and bathroom/wc.
