In the heart of the Orthe region, close to the Basque country and 30 minutes from the Landes beaches, come and stay in this Landes farm, ideal for bringing together friends or families for pleasant moments of relaxation. This large house offers an independent kitchen (dishwasher, microwave), living room (TV), 2 bedrooms on the ground floor (1x140 and 1x160), 2 bathrooms, toilet, laundry room (washing machine). Upstairs, mezzanine bedroom (2 single beds), 1 bedroom (2 single beds) and dormitory (4 single beds). Covered terrace with garden furniture, barbecue. Adjoining the owner. Private access with gate. Around 3000 m² of undemarcated land with trees and flowers, with trampoline for children and ping-pong table. On the mezzanine, board games corner and library. Beyond one animal €150 per week per additional animal

The price includes: 8 KWh of electricity per day, 500 liters of water per day and 1/2 bottle of gas per week for the kitchen (if the accommodation is equipped with gas fires). The excess consumption will be collected by the owner at the end of your stay.
