LA RESIDENCE
LES CHALETS DE L'ADET residence in Pla-d'Adet in the French Pyrenees is located at the foot of the slopes, 50m from the ski lifts
This residence houses 44 apartments in two large chalets (with lifts) linked by a covered tunnel, allowing guests to access the swimming pool without having to brave the elements outside. The residence has been built in a traditional Pyrenean style, and has great panoramic views over the valley and the slopes.

LOCATION
Located 12km from the nearby village of Saint-Lary and approximately 30km from Spain, PLA D'ADET is one of the highest altitude ski resorts in the French Hautes-Pyrenees. The resort is nestled in the picturesqye Aure valley and offers excellent skiing opportunities, as well as the chance to simply relax and recharge in the fresh mountain air, as the nearby village of Saint-Lary is renowned for its thermal spas.
Pla d'Adet is located at the foot of the slopes and is linked to Saint-Lary via the Pic Lumiere cable car (5-minutes) or by road (12km).

OTHER ACTIVITIES
As part of the Saint-Lary/Pla d'Adet ski area, Pla d'Adet offers skiers access to 100km of downhill ski slopes, which are divided into three seperate areas.

CHILDREN
Pla d'Adet offers a creche and kindergarden suitable for children aged between 18 months and 6 years.
The ESF offers a kindergarden and ski tuition for children of all abilities aged 6 years and over.

SKI RUNS
Pla d'Adet and Saint-Lary offer 3km of cross-country trails located in Vallon du Portet.

PRACTICAL INFORMATION
Saint-Lary is accessible by SNCF coach from Lannemezan train station (37km) or Tarbes train station (80km), and the resort is also easily accessible from Toulouse airport (approx 160km).
Saint-Lary village is a well-equipped ski resort, offering all necessary amenities such as a range of bars and restaurants, and local shops, as well as doctors and a pharmacy.

SAINT-LARY/LE PLA D'ADET
The SAINT-LARY/PLA D'ADET ski domain is spread across 700 hectares and split into 100km of slopes across 3 separate areas (linked on ski or by shuttle bus service).
LE PLA D'ADET (1700m) offers sledging tracks, kindergarten slopes and Kidpark (ski area dedicated to children aged 6-12 years).
ESPIAUBE (1900m) offers numerous restaurants on the slopes, and ski runs suitable for a wide range of skiing abilities, including the famous "La Mirabelle" 3.6km red run. Half-pipe area at foot of cable car.
VALLON DU PORTET (2400m) offers a snowpark and mogul skiing.
Following their arrival in the village of Saint-Lary, visitors can take the cable car directly to Pla d'Adet, ideal for families who wish to allow children to spend time on kindergarten slopes or in the Kidpark) or for those moving further up the slopes to Espiaube.
