Between ocean and forest, the coastal village of Saint Julien en Born benefits from a privileged location. Here you are close to the beaches and nautical pleasures, as well as all the shops and services necessary for your stay while enjoying an ideal natural setting offering calm and serenity. You will also appreciate the warm and cozy atmosphere of this cottage housed in an old traditional barn and its private covered terrace, a real additional living room for your moments of relaxation in the shelter, outdoors. A pretty gîte to discover for a getaway for two all year round. This gîte, adjoining another, has a private entrance and access, not overlooked. It is composed :
on the ground floor: a living room (flat screen TV, WIFI, and 2-seater convertible sofa - supplement of €50/person/week), an equipped kitchen (induction hob, refrigerator with freezer compartment, electric oven , microwave, dishwasher), a bathroom (Italian shower), a separate toilet, a pantry (washing machine). Access to the upper floor is via a milling staircase which serves:
an attic bedroom (1 bed 140). Covered terrace with garden furniture, electric barbecue and deck chairs, extends the interior living space. An outdoor room to store your bikes or surfboards is also at your disposal. Possibility of recharging a hybrid vehicle: flat rate of 15 euros / week / vehicle

The price includes: 8 KWh of electricity per day, 500 liters of water per day and 1/2 bottle of gas per week for the kitchen (if the accommodation is equipped with gas fires). The excess consumption will be collected by the owner at the end of your stay.
