Reception and handover of keys at the gîte: from La Roche sur Yon (D160), take the direction of La Mothe Achard (20 km) then that of Brétignolles sur Mer via the D12. 2 km after leaving Saint Julien des Landes, turn left towards Ste Jeanne at the corner of the pruning company. After 1.2 km enter the village of La Sourderie where the gîte is in the main building on the left, entered through the green gate.

Description of the accommodation

In the countryside, at the top of the exterior staircase of an old renovated but rustic house, this small gîte offers upstairs a bedroom (1 double bed) with alcove (1 single bed), a bathroom, a toilet , a kitchen as well as a lovely open view.

Outside, private access with courtyard garden furniture and barbecue shared with another gîte, a games room (ping-pong, table football), swing, bowling green and meeting animals (pony, goat, sheep, donkey...) in an area of 15,000 m² including a private pond (fishing) will delight young and old. Options: End of stay cleaning: €30/stay (€50 for businesses); Sheet rental for 1 or 2 people. : €15/bed/stay; Bathroom linen rental: €10/person/stay.
