Old traditional farm from the 19th century, completely restored in the heart of a village in the Meygal massif at the foot of La Tortue. Enclosed grassy land (500 m²).

Nearby: possibility of visiting the ostrich farm in the hamlet, St-Julien-Chapteuil (swimming pool, church, Jules Roman museum, Meygal trail areas 7 permanent circuits) 3 km away, Les Balayes (lauzière du lac bleu , miniature park) 8 km away, Lizieux peak and Bouchat ponds 12 km away. All shops, services and tourist office in St-Julien-Chapteuil (3 km), Lantriac synthetic ice rink 10 km away.
