House located in Saint Hilaire de Riez in a quiet area between forest and dunes just 800 m from the large fine sand beach of St Jean de Monts and 800 m from the shops of the Demoiselles district with bakery, supermarket, rotisserie, tobacco bar and a summer market twice a week, ...
You can do everything on foot or by bike, taking advantage of the many walks on the Côte de Lumière or go further and visit the islands of Noirmoutier, Yeu and why not Puy du Fou!!!

The house consists of:
- an entrance with cupboards
- a living room with a large dining table with Scandinavian chairs, non-convertible sofa, decorative fireplace, flat screen TV. Sliding bay window opening onto the terrace.
- a new modern fitted kitchen with an induction hob, electric oven, microwave, combined fridge/freezer, kettle, SENSEO coffee maker, window overlooking the garden.
- a sleeping area with 3 bedrooms:
- bedroom 1: 1 140X190 bed, 2 bedside tables, storage space, a clothes rack, a double-glazed window / casement shutter, view of the garden on the street side.
- bedroom 2: 2 90X190 bunk beds + 1 BZ, French window with roller shutter overlooking the garden on the street side.
