You will enjoy on one level a pleasant living room, dining room of approximately 40m² opening onto a beautiful terrace allowing you to enjoy all the summer pleasures and a fully equipped modern open kitchen. You will have a bathroom and a separate toilet on the same level. On level -1 the house offers a bedroom with a large 160 cm bed and a dressing room as well as a bedroom with 2 80 cm beds which can be pushed together to make a double bed, a bathroom with shower and bathtub and separate WC. Finally, on level -2 the house has a 2nd terrace of 30m², two bedrooms, one with 2 80cm beds and 1 90cm bed, the other with two 80cm beds, a bathroom and a toilet.
A closed shed to store bicycles, surfboards, etc., overlooking the street, completes these services.
