Description of the accommodation

7 minutes by car from Erromardie beach, a detached house in a residential area of Saint Jean de Luz. Through the front door you will discover a beautiful, bright main room with a dining area and lounge area. A separate and fully equipped kitchen opening onto a terrace (covered by an awning). A glass patio door takes you onto this terrace as well as the swimming pool lined with magnificent Agapanthus. Still on the ground floor, garden side, a bedroom with built-in cupboard and a bathroom (bath and walk-in shower) 160X200 bed. Go up to the first floor and discover two other bedrooms and a bathroom. The first bedroom with 140X200 bed, street side. The second, on the garden side, is equipped with 90X200 bunk beds.
