In Saint Jean de Luz close to amenities and the pleasant center, modern apartment renovated at the beginning of 2020 located on the 1st floor of a residence with elevator. You will enjoy a large living-dining room with a convertible sofa opening onto a balcony and a spacious equipped kitchen open to the living room. The sleeping area includes two bedrooms with a large 140 cm bed and a bathroom. A private parking space in the basement will complete the package.
The apartment is located 600m from a pedestrian promenade which runs along the Nivelle river offering a playground for children and a pétanque area allowing you to reach the city center on foot. [hidden] will come back!
