Gîte well located near the Loire Valley and Sologne, on the route to the Loire castles. Just 20 minutes from Orléans, 15 minutes from the Château de Meung-sur-Loire, 4 minutes from the Loire... Ground floor: fully equipped open kitchen, large living room with lounge (pellet stove ) and dining room, laundry room (with washing machine and dryer), bathroom with shower and bathtub, separate toilet. Floor: one bedroom (3 90 cm beds), one bedroom (1 140 cm bed), one bedroom (1 160 cm bed), small bathroom with toilet.

Private parking under a shelter on site (possibility of parking 2 cars).
Veranda under construction.
An enclosed plot of land is at your disposal with garden table and deckchairs for you to relax (50m² of grassy land and 30m² terrace and gravelled courtyard).
