Large gite of 150 m² on the ground floor: living room with wood-burning stove, dining room with kitchen area and storage room. Upstairs: 4 bedrooms with beds ready on arrival and 2 shower rooms. Pleasant shaded area which opens onto the countryside. Swimming pool (4x11m) shared with the owner according to schedule to be defined according to the activities. Central heating, WIFI. More even more ease in the gîte, a "shed", shared with the owner, is at your disposal. Winter booking on request. Animals accepted after agreement of the owner. On arrival, a deposit of €500 and €60 for cleaning. In these old stones, comfort is combined with the history of the place.
